A few years back I was taken to hospital with suspected Meningitis or Wiel’s disease or some other mystery disease. Nobody knew! Hence I was barrier nursed on a side ward. My wife had the presence of mind to keep track of things. I had completely forgotten until the notes turned up the other day….
